Contact Us
Found a bug? Spotted a game that will not load? Have an idea for a new game? A grown-up can email us. There is deliberately no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting information, and this site does not collect anything.
The address below has not been set up yet. Before the site is published, an adult should either create this inbox and check it, or replace it with a real address, or remove this page and its links. Do not publish the site with a placeholder address that nobody can receive mail at.
hello@megaarcadehub.com (placeholder - see the note above)
What happens when you email
Nothing is collected by this website. If you choose to send an email, the message and your email address go to that inbox and nowhere else. It is used only to reply. Nobody is added to any mailing list.
Reporting a problem
It helps a lot if the message includes:
- Which game was open at the time.
- What browser and device were used (for example, Chrome on a Chromebook).
- What happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
- Whether it happens every time, or only sometimes.
Sending in a game idea
Ideas are welcome. Please remember that any idea sent in is used freely and may not be credited, because there is no way to track who suggested what without collecting personal information.
Children should not use this page without you. Please read the draft Privacy Policy and Terms of Use before the site is published.
